Lead Like a Girl is a non-profit program founded by the Beast Foundation and Tendai Mtawarira that seeks to promote this progress. This looks like supporting a growing group of over 30 young women in a mentorship and scholarship program in Southern Africa's finest schools. It also looks like fostering a collaborative conversation online with the help of Africa's finest thought leaders.
